Self-sufficient “humidity to electricity” innovative radiant adsorption system toward net zero energy buildings.

ACRONYM: SSHARE

The team of project leaded have as professor José Oliveira Santos, have as coordinator and principal coordinator, Andriy Lyubschyk and Svetlana Lyubschyk, respectively.

The goal of the present project is the development of the innovative Self-Sufficient Panels for the Buildings to address net zero energy buildings demands. Proposed solution (Fig. 1) is a combination of two breaking through technologies HUNTER-Humidity to Electricity Converter fully integrated into Advanced Radiant Panel for Buildings that controls the temperature imitating perspiration or sweating of living beings in order to cool or heat the environment inside or outside using only atmospheric humidity as source of both thermal and electrical energy to supply this panel.
